Speaker is a self-contained unit that goes under the driver's seat. It took me about 1 1/2 hrs to install. This requires removing the drivers seat bolts, the center console, and pulling the radio head, in order to feed the supplied wiring harness thru the dash and under the carpet to the speaker. I gave a 4 instead of a five, because you lose space under the driver's seat, and the L rear passenger may have some problems moving their feet around.
