This came as an add on that I purchased. Other Foresters that I see that don't have this look "naked". You will definitely gouge paint with loading/unloading without one of these.

I liked this, definitely cuts down on the appearance of scratches from unloading the trunk. Would suggest 2 people to install to make sure it's even at both ends when it's stuck down.
